Dr Victoria Atkinson

Chief Executive Officer

Dr Victoria Atkinson commenced in her role as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Monash IVF Group on 5 January 2026.

Victoria is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 30 years experience across clinical, operational and governance leadership roles spanning Australia’s public, private and not-for-profit health sectors. She most recently served as Chief Medical Officer at Healthscope, where she led clinical strategy, governance, and risk across a national hospital network.

A cardiothoracic surgeon by training, Victoria brings deep expertise in healthcare delivery and system performance, alongside senior leadership experience from previous executive roles at St Vincent’s Health Australia and Melbourne Health.

Victoria’s strong commitment to patient outcomes, clinical excellence and organisational culture positions her well to lead Monash IVF Group through its next phase of growth and innovation.

Bec Redden

Rebecca Redden

Chief Operating Officer

Since joining Monash IVF Group in 2018, Rebecca Redden has held senior leadership roles, including Interim Operations Officer for the Southwest Coast and Diagnostics, and Regional Manager across South Australia, the Northern Territory, and national Diagnostics services. She has been instrumental in improving operational performance, service delivery, and patient-centred care.

With over 25 years in healthcare, Rebecca combines clinical and business management expertise. Originally trained as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, she has held senior clinical roles in both public and private sectors across Australia and the UK, specialising in fertility, obstetric, and gynaecological imaging.

At Monash IVF, she has led strategic initiatives across multiple business units, driving efficiency, collaboration, and growth. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Medical Radiations and a Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and is recognised for her leadership in healthcare operations, service transformation, and team development.

Dr Fleur Cattrall

Chief Medical Officer

Dr Fleur Cattrall is a CREI Fertility Specialist and Chief Medical Officer of Monash IVF Group. Fleur is driven to help people create and complete their families. She combines extensive clinical experience with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Dr Fleur is committed to delivering personalized fertility care tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Fleur provides medical leadership across the group, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive safe, evidence-based and high-quality care. She has a strong interest in innovation and advancing reproductive medicine to improve patient outcomes.

Dr Fleur understands that fertility treatment can be both physically and emotionally challenging. She has had lived experience as a patient of Monash IVF, and this drives her every day to help people have their families.

Tedd Fuell

Chief Governance & Risk Officer

Ms Tedd Fuell joined the Monash IVF Group in February 2016 as the Group Quality, Risk & Compliance manager.

Tedd has spent the last 16 years in the fertility industry, navigating the complex regulatory framework and advocating for reforms that eliminate discrimination, promote access to care and promote patient safety outcomes.

Before moving to Australia in 2009, Tedd gained her experience in quality, compliance and risk in both pharmaceutical project management and quality and compliance roles. Tedd holds a Bachelor of Science (Biology) degree from the University of London.

Rebecca Dean

General Counsel & Company Secretary

Rebecca Dean joined Monash IVF Group as General Counsel and Company Secretary in March 2026.

A trusted governance and legal leader, Rebecca brings extensive experience in ASX-listed, health, aged care and highly regulated environments. Prior to joining Monash IVF Group, Rebecca held senior leadership roles at Regis Healthcare Limited and SEEK Limited.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. She is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Company Directors Course.

Niki Howells Schramm

Chief People Officer

Niki Howells-Schramm is the Chief People Officer at Monash IVF Group. She brings a strong combination of commercial acumen, strategic leadership, and deep expertise in human capital management, enabling organisations to build sustainable, high-performing workforces that support long-term business objectives.

Throughout her career, Niki has partnered with Boards, Chief Executives, and Executive Leadership Teams to drive organisational performance through people strategy, leadership capability, workforce planning, culture transformation, employee engagement, and workplace health and safety. She has successfully led large-scale change initiatives, strengthened organisational capability, and implemented people and governance frameworks that support growth, operational excellence, and risk management.

Niki’s expertise spans human resources strategy, executive remuneration and performance, talent management, succession planning, organisational development, workforce analytics, employee value proposition design, and regulatory compliance. She is recognised for her ability to translate complex workforce challenges into practical, commercially focused solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Prof Deirdre Zander Fox

Prof Deidre Zander-Fox

Chief Scientific Officer

Prof Deirdre Zander-Fox is currently the Monash IVF Group Chief Scientific Officer. She is responsible for the scientific and research strategy the Monash IVF Group and chair of the Group Scientific Advisory Committee.

In addition to her clinical roles, she also holds multiple academic positions including Adjunct Professor at Monash University and A/Prof at the University of Adelaide.

She is a investigator on several NHMRC grants including the successful $15million MRFF grant to pilot Mitochondrial donation in Australia as part of a clinical trial. Professor Zander-Fox has authored a substantial number of peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters with her research primarily focusing on designing and improving laboratory technology to increase the success of IVF treatment outcomes for patients
