Mr Richard Davis
Independent Chairman
Mr. Richard Davis joined the Group in June 2014 and is currently serving as a non-executive director of ASX listed companies, InvoCare Limited and Australian Vintage Limited (and Chairman of Australian Vintage).
Richard worked for InvoCare for 20 years until 2008. For the majority of that time he held the position of CEO and managed the growth of that business through a number of ownership changes and over 20 acquisitions, including offshore in Singapore.
Prior to InvoCare Limited, Richard worked in venture capital and as an accounting partner of Bird Cameron. Richard holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.
Ms Catherine West
Chair and Independent Non-Executive Director
Catherine West was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director of Monash IVF Group on 8 September 2020 and Chair on 28 October 2026. She is an experienced ASX-listed company Chair and Non-Executive Director, with more than 30 years of executive experience across the media, entertainment and telecommunications sectors in Australia, the UK, Europe and Asia, including 17 years on the senior leadership team of Sky plc.
Catherine is a Non-Executive Director of Peter Warren Automotive Group, where she chairs the People and Remuneration Committee. She is also Chair of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and Chair of the Board of Governors of Wenona School. Catherine was previously Chair of Nine Entertainment Co., retiring from its Board in November 2025 after almost 10 years as a director.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.
Ms Catherine (Cathy) Aston
Independent Non-Executive Director
Cathy was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director of Monash IVF Group on 26 February 2024. She is an experienced non-executive director and Chair of listed and unlisted entities across the technology, financial services, marketing services, health, and government sectors in Australia and Asia. Cathy has a broad commercial background spanning finance, marketing, strategy, and digital business, including CEO and CFO roles.
Cathy is currently Chair of IMB Bank Ltd, where she chairs the Capital and Securitisation Committee, Chair of Macquarie Investment Management Limited, and Non-Executive Director of IVE Group Limited (ASX:IGL), where she chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. Her previous board roles include Integrated Research Limited (ASX:IRI), Virtus Health Ltd (ASX:VRT), and Over the Wire Limited (ASX:OTW).
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and a Master of Commerce (Accounting and Legal Studies) from the University of New South Wales. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Dr Dwayne Crombie
Independent Non-Executive Director
Dwayne Crombie was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director of Monash IVF Group on 24 November 2025. A medical doctor and public health specialist, Dwayne has extensive healthcare experience across Australia and New Zealand, spanning public and private healthcare, health and disability services, aged care, private health insurance and healthcare funding.
Dwayne spent more than 15 years with global healthcare organisation Bupa in a number of senior executive and Managing Director roles, most recently leading Bupa Australia’s health services and insurance businesses before retiring in 2022.
Dwayne’s current governance roles include Southern Cross Healthcare, Southern Cross Society, Southern Cross Travel, Repromed New Zealand and InLife Independent Living. He brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership, governance and the delivery of patient and consumer-focused health services.
Dwayne holds an MB ChB and Diploma in Community Health and is a Fellow of the New Zealand College of Public Health Medicine.
Dr Richard Henshaw
Executive Director
Dr Richard Henshaw MD FRANZCOG FRCOG has practiced in the field of reproductive medicine since 1995.
Richard works as a Fertility Specialist for the Group.
Richard has served on many national bodies, including RANZCOG Council, the IVF Medical Directors group pf Australia and New Zealand, and the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee.
Ms Zita Peach
Independent Non-Executive Director
Zita Peach was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director of Monash IVF Group on 12 October 2016. She has more than 35 years of commercial experience across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices and health services industries, including senior executive roles with CSL Limited, Fresenius Kabi and Merck Sharp & Dohme.
Zita is a Non-Executive Director of Icon Group Pty Ltd, VetPartners Pty Ltd and Nucleus Network Pty Ltd, and Chair of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute. Her executive career included serving as Executive Vice President, South Asia Pacific and Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand at Fresenius Kabi, and Vice President, Business Development at CSL Limited, a position she held for 10 years.
Zita holds a Bachelor of Science and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Marketing Institute.
Mr Gerd Schenkel
Independent Non-Executive Director
Gerd Schenkel was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director of Monash IVF Group on 1 September 2026. He is an experienced ASX-listed company director and senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience in strategy, digital transformation, technology, customer experience and governance across regulated, consumer-facing businesses.
Gerd has held senior executive roles with Tyro Payments, Telstra and National Australia Bank, including as Chief Executive Officer of Tyro Payments, Executive Director of Telstra Digital and founder of UBank. His previous Board experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director of Helia Group Limited and as Chair of Credit Clear Limited. He has also served on the Australian Government’s Small Business Digital Taskforce.
Gerd is currently advising organisations in financial services, telecommunications and technology sectors on their digital and operational strategies. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Master of Engineering (Robotics) from the University of Stuttgart.
