IVF Leave

Monash IVF Group provides eligible employees up to five (5) days of paid leave per year to support recovery from IUI or IVF treatments, recognising the physical and emotional toll of fertility care.

Parental & Partner Leave

We support employees in growing their families with parental and partner leave. Primary carers receive up to 10 weeks of paid leave, while partners are entitled to four (4) weeks of paid leave for birth, surrogacy, or adoption.

Our Pride Network

PhD Scholarship Program

Monash IVF values scientific innovation and is committed to enhancing employee capabilities.

We sponsor PhD projects in reproductive science at approved Australian tertiary institutions, covering research costs up to $120,000 per project.

Our Scholarship Program considers both full-time (up to 4 years) and part-time (up to 8 years) enrolment options.
